Tongwynlais Temperance Band
Tongwynlais Temperance Band was formed in 1888, making it one of the oldest bands in Wales, and are based in Llandaff North, Cardiff. As well as a traditional brass band, its bandroom houses three personal rehearsal spaces and is home to the Tongwynlais Music Academy. Recent contesting achievements include the band placing 3rd in the Welsh Regional Championships, qualifying for the National Finals in the Royal Albert Hall in October in 2024.
Tongwynlais Temperance Band will be conducted today by their Musical Director, Owen Farr.
